By accessing or using Zenicopy you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Zenicopy is an AI-powered ecommerce content enrichment platform. We help you sync product and category data from your connected store, generate SEO-oriented content using AI, and push approved content back to your store according to your actions in the product.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must not share your account with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be 18 or over to use Zenicopy.

• You may only connect stores you own or are authorised to manage.
• You must not use Zenicopy to generate spam, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the platform, other users, or third-party systems.

• Content produced by Zenicopy is AI-assisted. You should review it before publishing.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before pushing it to your store.
• Zenicopy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or SEO performance of generated content.

• By connecting a store you authorise Zenicopy to read product and category data needed for sync and enrichment, and to write content fields back when you explicitly push approved content.
• We only write changes you initiate through the product; we do not overwrite your store without your action.
• You can revoke access by removing the connector or closing your account, subject to reasonable propagation time.

• Paid plans are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
• We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans; no credit card is required to start the trial where that applies.
• You may cancel at any time; access generally continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not refund partial months unless required by law.

• Zenicopy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We are not liable for loss of revenue, search rankings, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
• Our total aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Zenicopy in the three (3) months before the claim arose, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email to the address on your account (or by in-product notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
