• Account information — email address and password hash (we never store passwords in plain text).
• Store connector credentials — Magento API base URL and access token, encrypted at rest.
• Product and category data synced from your connected stores (e.g. names, descriptions, meta fields, URL keys).
• Google Search Console OAuth tokens if you connect GSC, so we can read performance data you authorize.
• Anthropic API keys if you choose to bring your own key — stored encrypted at rest.
• Usage data such as generations run and content pushed, to operate and improve the product.

• To provide the Zenicopy service.
• To sync products and categories from your connected stores.
• To generate AI-powered content using Claude (Anthropic), as you request.
• To fetch Google Search Console performance data on your behalf, when connected.
• To improve the service, security, and reliability.

We never sell your data to third parties.

• We access GSC data solely to show search performance metrics inside Zenicopy.
• We store impressions, clicks, and position data associated with URLs you track in the product.
• We do not share GSC data with any third party.
• You can disconnect GSC at any time from the Connectors page in the app.
• Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

• Data is stored using Supabase (PostgreSQL).
• Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
• Sensitive API credentials are encrypted at rest where applicable.
• We do not store payment card details in Zenicopy.

We rely on subprocessors to run Zenicopy, including:

• Supabase — database hosting
• Anthropic — AI content generation
• Google — Search Console API and OAuth
• Vercel — application hosting

• Access — contact us at privacy@zenicopy.ai.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Export your data using the Export features in the app where available.
• Disconnect any connected store or Google account at any time.

We use essential cookies only for authentication and session security. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies for profiling.
